CEO/Founder of A New Life Home Rehab Group, Inc. Atlanta native graduated from Benjamin E. Mays High School. Entered into the U.S. Navy upon exiting high school and served a total of 9 years. I acquired several skills in the military to include: Leadership, Personnel Management, Accounting, Retail Management, Barbering, Bookkeeping, Logistics, Inventory control, Purchasing, and Customer Service. I obtained my Bachelors in Accounting from Virginia College. Currently I’m a Distribution Manager in the Materials Management Department for a major medical facility in Atlanta, GA. My passion is to help my fellow veterans’ transition smoothly from the military back into the civilian way of life. I faced many hardships as single mother exiting the military and not knowing all of the resources available to me as a Veteran. The first concern I had as well as many of veterans was where my child would and I live, fortunately I had family to return home to. This is not the case for every veteran and the end result leads to homelessness. I want ANLHR Group to be known for giving  veterans and their families not only the keys to temporary stable living environment upon exiting the military , but the step by step recipe in becoming a successful and productive civilian without having to endure stress. Any person that has served their country deserves to receive red carpet treatment upon returning home and exiting the military.

I have always had a niche for instructing others especially through fitness. I am driven by motivating others to reach their fitness and personal goals. My true passion in life is helping people overcome adversities and insecurities. Having received my certification in Pilates from Power Pilates with Davidson Reeves, I began my own fitness, self discovery, and weight loss journey. I furthered my education by obtaining certifications through AFAA in yoga and personal training. I have established a deeper understanding about traditional and original methods of exercise. Fortunately, I have had the privilege to teach people from all walks of life throughout metro Atlanta. Helping a tremendous amount of clients both physically and spiritually, I have witnessed changes within their physiques and attitude. I have obtained a vast knowledge of strengthening, getting the body lean, increasing flexibility, improving balance, coordination, range of motion, and being more physically and mentally in control of breathing and having stability. I have assisted clients in losing weight, being healthier, and staying inspired. Currently, I run my own company, The Fitness Remedy. Within my company, I teach fitness classes, do personal and group training, and host events promoting being active. My ultimate goal in the wellness industry is to facilitate the “remedy” to get people active, to get people social, and to get people to step outside of their comfort zone: being bolder, being braver, and being happier.  My motto is “challenge your body with movement”, pairing this phrase with active and stimulating classes and events that will leave you feeling good inside and out.
